Broward County Bar Association
The Broward County Bar Association was formed in 1956. It is a not for profit organization that was made to encourage professionalism in Broward County among lawyers. Today, the organization not only promotes professionalism but also educates the citizens of Broward County on their legal rights and provides them with the legal services they need.
LegalMatch is a free online service that helps potential clients connect with qualified Florida attorneys. Traditionally, clients sought attorneys through basic referral resources offered by bar associations. Although these referral resources are still useful for many purposes, LegalMatch provides a streamlined process that is much less time consuming and stressful. LegalMatch currently maintains an extensive database of Florida attorneys representing a diverse range of practice areas.
The members of the Broward County Bar Association meet for annual meetings and discuss ethical issues facing the profession and update each other on relevant new issues. The Bar Association boasts over 21 sections that address all areas of law. These sections were created to foster growth and education within a specific legal focus.
