Minnesota Women Lawyers

Minnesota Women Lawyers (MWL) is an association that has over 1,200 members that are made up judges, lawyers, law students, and other legal professionals. The goals of the organization are to assist, support, and encourage the advancement of women in the law. It hopes to achieve these goals by creating an environment with a sense of community, leadership, equality, and diversity.

For members, Minnesota Women Lawyers provides continuing legal education seminars, several networking events, various committees, and pro bono opportunities. For example, the committees that the association has focus on not just different specializations within the law but also on work life balance and leadership skills.
