The Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice also strives to remain active in Nevada’s legislative system by promoting laws that protect and further the main goals of the NACJ. Membership for the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice is restricted to Nevada lawyers in both the private and public sectors that practice criminal defense law and law school students that are interest in criminal defense.
