Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio

The Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio(APABA-CO) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2006 as an affiliate of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. The mission of the APABA-CO is to provide networking and professional development opportunities for Asian Pacific Islander law students and attorneys in Central Ohio.

The APABA-CO offers many events including dinners, happy hours, and fundraisers. The Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio also offers scholarships to law students attending Capital University Law School and Ohio State University Law School.  One of the crown jewels of the APABA-CO is their Annual GALA, which brings in multiple speakers to raise awareness of issues facing the Asian Pacific Community.

To become a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Central Ohio you should be an attorney or law student. Potential members need to fill out an application and pay an annual due of $10.00, but membership for law students is free.
