Findlay/Hancock County Bar Association
The Findlay/Hancock County Bar Association (FHCBA) has 150 members and their mission is to ensure justice is administered fairly in the counties of Findlay and Hancock. Other goals of the Findlay/Hancock County Bar Association are providing professional development opportunities to member attorneys so they provide the public with exceptional legal services.
LegalMatch is an online company that specializes in matching clients with the best possible attorney for their legal case. The matching service provided by LegalMatch is far more comprehensive and user-friendly than general referral services provided by Ohio bar associations. After posting your case to the LegalMatch system, qualified Ohio attorneys review your case and respond directly. This service by LegalMatch is entirely free.
The FHCBA holds monthly meetings from September through May and provides local lawyers with networking opportunities as well as a forum to collaborate on for issues facing the local legal community. The Findlay/Hancock County Bar Association also hosts CLE events, offers a lawyer referral service, and collaborates with Legal Aid of Western Ohio to provide pro bono services to low income individuals.
To become a member of FHCBA you must be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio or a member of another state bar. The member must also have been found to be of good moral character. Potential members must also submit a membership application.
