Monroe County Bar Association

The Monroe County Bar Association was created in order to uphold the civility and dignity of the legal profession. To attain this goal the Monroe County Bar Association provides its members with continuing legal education programs, several networking opportunities, pro bono events in which members are encouraged to participate, and an opportunity to work with the local courts in order to improve the administrative procedures within the court system.

The public benefits from the Monroe County Bar Association because they provide a lawyer referral network and pro bono legal services. Through the lawyer referral network anyone in the Monroe County area can call and find an attorney that has the experience and certification necessary to assess a particular concern.
