Sixth District Bar Association

The Sixth District Bar Association is the regional mandatory bar association for Idaho’s Sixth Judicial District. Therefore, the Sixth District Bar Association serves the legal communities of Power, Caribou, Franklin, Bear Lake, Oneida, and Bannock Counties. Since the Sixth District Bar Association is a mandatory bar association, all licensed attorneys practicing in the Sixth Judicial District of Idaho must join.

Attorneys associated with the Sixth District Bar Association enjoy several perks as part of their membership. For example, the Sixth District Bar Association offers a convenient, online resource of commonly-used court forms. Members of the Sixth District Bar Association are given a chance to actively protect and promote their professional interests by becoming a part of either the Civil Bench-Bar Committee or the Criminal Bench-Bar Committee. These committees enable attorneys to work with the local judiciary to improve the practice of law in the Sixth Judicial District of Idaho.
