Spokane County Bar Association
The Spokane County Bar Association (SCBA) has been in existence since the early 1900’s. Currently this bar association has over 1,000 members and a well maintained member directory. The SCBA also has numerous events and committees. One of the busiest committees is the young lawyer’s committee which is open to members under the age of 36 or who have been practicing law for less than five years.
LegalMatch is a free online service that allows you to quickly and easily connect with qualified Washington attorneys. A valuable alternative to the referral services offered by bar associations, LegalMatch enables you to review in-depth profiles for multiple attorneys at a time. The attorney matching service provided by LegalMatch is applicable for all areas of the law. LegalMatch currently maintains an extensive database of attorneys located in Washington and across the United States.
A few of the events hosted by the Spokane County Bar Association are a diversity luncheon, multiple CLE opportunities per month, an annual golf tournament, holiday party, and monthly luncheons. The SCBA also maintains a client referral service to assist attorney members and operates a volunteer lawyer program to help the community.
Membership is open to law students, paralegals, admitted attorneys, and retired attorneys. The membership dues vary based on where you work and how long you have been practicing law.
