New London County Bar Association

The New London County Bar Association (NLCBA) was formed on May 1, 1874. The NLCBA has over 300 members who live and work in the New London County area. The goals of the association consist of improving the administration of justice, upholding the legal ethical standards of the profession, and encouraging cordial relations among members of the bar organization.

The NLCBA hosts several events for the benefit of its members. For example, the NLCBA presents a Liberty Bell award on a yearly basis to those members whose community service has assisted in strengthening the legal profession within the New London County area. Furthermore, the NLCBA also holds monthly meetings and seminars in order to provide networking opportunities for its members.
