Delaware Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers

The Delaware Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (DACDL) works to improve the practice of criminal defense law in Delaware. Also, the Delaware Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers is dedicated to being beneficial to the state’s community of criminal defense attorneys. Therefore, DACDL membership is restricted to public defenders and attorneys that focus their practices on criminal defense work.

One of the more significant ways that the Delaware Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers improves the area of criminal defense in Delaware is by providing its members with several ways to further their criminal defense practices. DACDL members are able to further their knowledge by attending the many continuing legal education seminars that the Delaware Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers puts on each year.

Attorneys that belong to the Delaware Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers frequently take advantage of the online databases of Delaware Supreme Court decisions and Criminal Motions cases to make their research easier.
