Daniel Webster Perkins Bar Association

The Daniel Webster Perkins Bar Association was formed in 1968 and has more than 50 attorneys and judges as members. The association’s focus is on scholarships and grants for law students studying for the Florida Bar. Aside from scholarships for law students the association also provides scholarships and grants for high school and local middle school students who write an essay on a given topic.

In addition, the Daniel Webster Perkins Bar Association also sponsors receptions for the judiciary in the area. For example, in 2009 the association supported and held a judicial reception for Florida Supreme Court Justice James E.C. Perry.
