Florida Creditors Bar Association

The Florida Creditors Bar Association was formed in 1997 in order to uphold creditors’ rights and to support the practice of collection law. The organization defends and promotes collection law through supporting legislation that strengthens and improves the rights of creditors.

The Florida Creditors Bar Association provides many benefits for its members including networking opportunities, monthly newsletters, and educational seminars. The organization holds a conference once a year in order to gather all of its members and discuss the relevant chances in the practice of collection law.
