Florida Justice Association

The Florida Justice Association boasts a long history and strong membership. The organization was created a few years after World War II but wasn’t recognized until 1961. Attorneys who realized that corporations were being favored in the civil justice system over the average consumer formed the organization and began to fight for consumer rights. Today, the Florida Justice Association continues to uphold this goal of providing legal representation for consumers.

The Florida Justice Association works in the public, legislative, and political sphere to hold corporations to a higher ethical standard then they were held to in the past. For its member the association provides continuing legal education, monthly newsletters, an annual journal, and extensive networking events.
