Bartholomew County Bar Association

The Bartholomew County Bar Association exists to support the legal community of Bartholomew. Since the Bartholomew County Bar Association was created for the benefit of attorneys in Bartholomew County, membership is restricted to lawyers that live or work in the county. All members of the Bartholomew County Bar Association must also be licensed to practice law in Indiana.

Attorneys working and living in Bartholomew County regularly join not only for the camaraderie with their fellow lawyers, but also for the many benefits that the Bartholomew County Bar Association provides. Members that want to do pro bono legal work frequently volunteer at Legal Aid – District Eleven, which was created by the Bartholomew County Bar Association in 1982. The Bartholomew County Bar Association also allows its members to advertise on its website in an easy-to-use directory that is searchable by different practice categories.
