Hampshire County Bar Association

Serving the legal community of Hampshire County, the Hampshire County Bar Association (HCBA) is focused on improving the quality of the practice of law in the county through supporting the attorneys practicing in the county and the local community. The Hampshire County Bar Association provides several benefits to its members. Some of these benefits are luncheons with guest speakers, discounts on continuing legal education courses sponsored and co-sponsored by the Hampshire County Bar Association, and multiple social opportunities to network with other members throughout the year.

The Hampshire County Bar Association is also dedicated to helping the general public in the county. Educational programs for the public sponsored by the association include the Only One Childhood program, the Parents and Children in Transition program, and the For The Children program. The Hampshire County Bar Association also provides pro bono legal services to low-income members of the public living in Hampshire County through its Hampshire Elder Law Program and its Hampshire Conciliation Program.
