The Washington County Bar Association (WCBA) is a non-profit voluntary bar association open to lawyers and judges in this county of approximately 150,000 people. The Washington County Bar Association provides networking and professional development opportunities for members and also seeks to provide the public access to the judicial system.

The WCBA hosts a variety of activities, which members are allowed to participate in such as a golf tournament, holiday party, and crab feed. The Washington County Bar Association also hosts CLE’s, luncheons, and offers a comprehensive lawyer referral service that members of the public can use to find legal representation.

Membership in the Washington County Bar Association is open to attorneys licensed to practice law in Maryland. To become a member an attorney must fill out an application and pay an annual due of $75.00. The WCBA has also maintains several specialty committees such as a pro bono committee, legislation committee, and education committee.
