Federal Bar Association Minnesota Chapter

The Federal Bar Association Minnesota Chapter was formed in 1940 and has been active within the state since 1962. The bar association boasts over 900 members and is continuously growing. These members consist of in-house lawyers, government lawyers, law students, judges, private practice lawyers, and other legal professionals. The Federal Bar Association Minnesota Chapter is unique because it maintains a very strong and influential relationship with the federal bench.

For its members, the Federal Bar Association Minnesota Chapter provides several networking and continuing legal education opportunities. For example, the bar association holds such events as the Federal Practice Seminar, New Lawyer Lunches, the Federal Bar Association Golf Tournament, and a series known as the Mason Memorial Lunch. Each of these events is meant to either enhance the legal education of members or to enhance the collegial environment within the association.
