North Dakota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers

Incorporated in 2010, the North Dakota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NDACDL) was formed to supports the attorneys of North Dakota involved in the practice of criminal defense. The North Dakota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers is committed to furthering the professional development of its members, fostering a sense of community among those working in the field of criminal defense in North Dakota, advocating for the civil rights of criminal defendants, and representing the professional views of criminal defense attorneys to the state legislature. Only North Dakota lawyers that primarily practice in the area of criminal defense are allowed to join.

The North Dakota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers offers support to its members in a variety of forms. The NDACDL allows its members to contact one another for assistance or advice by operating a list server for them. Attorneys belonging to the North Dakota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers enjoy a variety of chances to network at a variety of events such as the association’s annual meeting.
