North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association

The North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association (NDDLA) provides aid to the defense attorneys of North Dakota who frequently undertake civil litigation. The association is dedicated to fostering professionalism in the area of civil defense litigation, increasing the legal knowledge of its members, reforming the civil justice system in North Dakota when necessary, and encouraging communication among its members. While regular membership is offered exclusively to North Dakota attorneys engaged in the practice of civil litigation defense, associate membership is open to all other lawyers.

The North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association is committed to improving its members’ professional lives. Members of the North Dakota Defense Lawyers Association have a chance to network at the association’s annual meeting.
