Nebraska County Attorneys Association

The Nebraska County Attorneys Association exists to help the county lawyers of the state. Since the attorneys employed by Nebraska’s counties often serve as both civil litigation attorneys and prosecutors, the Nebraska County Attorneys Association provides aid that is applicable to both criminal litigation and civil litigation to best support its members. Only lawyers employed by counties located in Nebraska may join.

Attorneys belonging to the Nebraska County Attorneys Association enjoy a chance to learn about the newest legal developments impacting their work at the biannual seminar.
