The New Hampshire Bar Association for Justice (NHAJ) is an association of trial attorneys seeking to protect constitutional rights and ensuring injured individuals receive justice. NHAJ also seeks to provide networking and professional development opportunities for members. The New Hampshire Bar Association for Justice also seeks to engage in community outreach efforts.

To achieve their mission the New Hampshire Bar Association for Justice hosts numerous social events including a golf tournament, award dinners, and baseball game outings. The NHAJ also offers specialty services for their members such as a Listserv, pleadings bank, and a CLE library. The NHAJ also recognizes one attorney annually for doing exemplary volunteer work in the community by providing the Board of Governors award.

Membership in the New Hampshire Bar Association for justice is open to attorneys, law students, and paralegals. To become a member you must fill out an application and pay an annual due, which ranges from $75.00 for newly admitted attorneys and law students to $305.00 for attorneys with 10 or more years of experience. There are also several specialty committees open to NHAJ members such as the government committee, insurance committee, and a criminal law committee.
