South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas

Founded in 2005, the South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas (SABA Las Vegas) is the regional chapter of the North American South Asian Bar Association for the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area. The main objectives of the South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas are to support the South Asian community in and around Las Vegas and to promote the South Asian community in the legal profession. Since the South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas is predominantly concerned with the South Asian community, the majority of lawyers that have joined are of South Asian descent, although membership is open to all attorneys that are licensed to practice law in Nevada.

The South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas is very active in the Las Vegas legal community. SABA Las Vegas attorneys are able to regularly mingle and network with one another at the business mixers that the South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas often holds for its members. The South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas also frequently reaches out to other minority bar associations in Las Vegas and co-hosts events with them in order to encourage diversity and fraternization within Las Vegas’ legal community.
