Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association

The Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association is a local organization that is made up of legal professionals that practice bankruptcy law. The primary purpose of this bar association is to provide education and training to the bankruptcy lawyers in the Capital Region as well as provide a forum for social networking between the attorney members.

The Capital Region Bankruptcy Bar Association has been certified by the New York State Bar as a provider of Continuing Legal Education programs. Because of the focus that this bar association has, most of these CLE seminars are presented on topics that involve bankruptcy law and are held at regular intervals throughout the year. In addition, the bar association also sponsors a two-day bankruptcy seminar each year.
