Oregon Trial Lawyers Association

The Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) was formed over 60 years ago and has been fighting for the rights of consumers ever since. The goals of the organization are to promote workers’ rights, patient safety, and safer products. Also, the OTLA assists in advancing the overall goal of providing equal access to justice for the public.

Members of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association consist of lawyers and law students who show an interest in becoming a trial lawyer. Law students are encouraged to join the organization and shadow members to advance their legal skills and understanding of representing the consumer. Members enjoy such benefits as continuing legal education seminars and admittance into member-only networking events.
