Washington County Bar Association

The Washington County Bar Association (WCBA) has over 50 members and those members include judges, lawyers, law students, paralegals, and other legal professionals. The WCBA was formed to assist legal professionals in networking, continuing legal education, and furthering the advancement of the science of jurisprudence.

To meet these goals, the Washington County Bar Association holds monthly luncheons which are preceded by a continuing legal education event and dinner. At each meeting a speaker is invited to address issues on a specific area of law or about general professionalism in the legal sphere. For example, individuals are often invited to speak from the Supreme Court and the Oregon Court of Appeals.
