Rhode Island Association for Justice

Incorporated in 1981, the Rhode Island Association for Justice (RIAJ) exists to ensure that that the right to civil trial by jury is not impeded and enhance consumers’ rights. Full membership to the RIAJ is open to all lawyers that are licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and focus their practices on civil litigation. Law students and paralegals that are interested in civil litigation may also join the Rhode Island Association for Justice as lesser members.

As the predominant focus of the RIAJ is on protecting the rights of the general public, it is not surprising that the Rhode Island Association for Justice strives to benefit the public in a number of different ways.
