Utah Prosecution Council

The Utah Prosecution Council (UPC) is a statewide association whose purpose is to represent and advocate for prosecuting attorneys. The UPC also seeks to facilitate communication between Utah prosecution agencies through networking and professional development events. Other functions of the Utah Prosecution Council include coordinating statewide programs for prosecutors to ensure they practice law ethically, morally, and competently.

Benefits of membership in the Utah Prosecution Council include access to a brief bank, large annual conferences, and CLEs. UPC also meets with government officials to advocate for new legislation that assists prosecuting attorneys. Membership in the Utah Prosecution Council is open to all prosecuting attorneys in Utah.
