The Benton-Franklin County Bar Association has been helping attorneys for over 50 years and currently has 180 members. The purpose of the Benton-Franklin Bar Association is to make legal services available to members of the community regardless of financial status and to help members of the community understand the legal system. This bar association also focuses on improving and reforming substantive law in the public interest.

The Benton-Franklin County Bar Association serves it members by offering opportunities for professional growth and career satisfaction. One of the major events conducted by the Benton-Franklin County Bar Association is a Monthly Luncheon for members held on the third Tuesday of each month at the Country Gentleman Restaurant from 12pm-1pm. These luncheons are generally approved for MCLE credits and offer local attorneys a chance to watch presentations on various areas of law and network with local lawyers.
