The Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ, and formerly known as the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association) has been around since 1953. Their mission is to ensure any person who is harmed by misconduct or negligence obtains justice in the civil justice system against even the most powerful interests in the country.

The WSAJ offers a membership directory, multiple CLE’s, an expert database, and mentorship program. Two unique services the Washington State Association of Justice offers are a case evaluation clinic and a trial aids & exhibits exchange. Both of these programs offer opportunities for members to brainstorm case strategy with other experienced attorneys. This organization also hosts social events and presents awards to outstanding members that further the goals of the Washington State Association for Justice.

There are several different forms of WSAJ membership and the annual dues range from $120 for junior members to $600 for attorneys practicing over fifteen years. There is also an EAGLE membership that provides greater access to the document database and other social events hosted by the Washington State Association for Justice.
